Responsibilities
Ensure timely, creative and accurate dissemination of news, multimedia content, and information.
Create content for a variety of platforms, including social media, ensuring quality, accuracy and alignment with corporate messaging.
Prioritize content and news presentations for reporting and build appropriate platforms for delivery.
Assist in writing, editing and presenting corporate communications for both internal and external audiences.
Manage and deliver BCP trade shows, association events and dealer communications.
Plan, coordinate and execute industry trade shows (7–9 yearly) and associate events, including site work, machine management, space design, messaging, lead generation and post‑show reporting.
Develop innovative solutions that support market leadership in the trade show and events space, especially with customers who do not currently do business.
Contribute insights that inform future product decisions, marketing strategy and industry direction.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, build strong stakeholder relationships and maintain daily interaction.
Travel as required to support regional business environments and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations or related field.
8–10 years of relevant experience, including event or marketing consulting.
Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
Strong written communication skills with corporate‑scale content publishing experience.
Expertise in trade show and event planning, budgeting, vendor and partner management.
Strategic and marketing alignment, digital/event technology fluency.
Excellent stakeholder and client relationship building.
Problem‑solving, resourcefulness, creativity and experience design.
Ability to translate event outcomes to business impact.
