The main function of a communications professional is to represent the organization to the public and serve as its public face.

Responsibilities
Ensure timely, creative and accurate dissemination of news, multimedia content and information.
Create content for a variety of platforms including social media; ensure quality, accuracy and effective reporting that aligns with the corporate message.
Decide which content and news presentations are of priority for reporting and building a proper platform for its delivery.
Assist in the writing, editing and presentation of corporate communications for both internal and external audiences.
Manage and deliver BCP trade shows, manage association events, and dealer communications.
Write and coordinate dealer communications for the BCP marketing team.
Plan and deliver 7‑9 industry trade show experiences per year, including on‑site work; manage machine, space design, messaging, lead generation, pre‑show, on‑show, post‑show communications and reporting.
Plan and deliver trade association experiences, including on‑site work; coordinate with association strategy lead and industry leads; manage lead generation, pre‑event, on‑event, post‑event communications and reporting.
Develop innovative solutions that help maintain market leadership, especially in the trade show and events space with customers who do not do business.
Contribute insights that inform future product decisions, marketing strategy and industry direction.
Interact with team from diverse backgrounds and build strong relationships.
Travel to understand regional business environments and deliver marketing initiatives.
Work with government agencies, industry associations, dealers and customers.

Individual contributor on the North America Marketing team.
Education & Experience Required
8‑10 years of experience.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field.
Internship experience accepted as job experience.
Comparable background: event consultant, marketing consultant, trade show consultant, marketing support.
