Job Overview
This role is ideal for a designer who brings exceptional visual design skills, a strong understanding of brand systems, and the confidence to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization. The Graphic Design Specialist will independently manage projects, influence creative decisions, and elevate every touchpoint of Stefanini’s brand.
Responsibilities
Guard the brand by ensuring all creative assets align with established brand standards and design guidelines.
Design compelling visual communications across print, digital, and environmental mediums—including brochures, customer‑facing collateral, event materials, advertising, presentations, social media assets, email graphics, internal communications, promotional merchandise, and signage.
Translate business objectives and creative briefs into polished, strategic design solutions that balance brand consistency with fresh, engaging creative.
Partner closely with marketing, communications, business units, external vendors, and cross‑functional stakeholders to understand project goals, provide creative guidance, and influence design decisions.
Present creative concepts and design rationale to stakeholders, clearly communicating strategic thinking while incorporating feedback thoughtfully and effectively.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced corporate environment.
Contribute to the evolution of the brand by identifying opportunities to refine templates, improve design systems, and enhance the overall visual experience.
Prepare production‑ready files and collaborate with print vendors, digital teams, and other creative partners to ensure high‑quality execution across all deliverables.
Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices while exercising sound judgment about when and how to incorporate them within the brand.
Requirements
3‑7 years of professional graphic design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, polished execution, and a diverse range of design work across print and digital channels.
Advanced understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
Experience working within established brand guidelines while finding opportunities to elevate and evolve creative solutions.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently explain design decisions and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and influencing creative outcomes through partnership.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high‑quality work.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs with minimal direction.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat). Experience with Figma, PowerPoint, Canva, motion graphics, or video editing is a plus.
Experience Levels
Intermediate:
Up to approximately 4 years of experience in this function with some managerial oversight.
Advanced:
At least 4 years of experience with minimal managerial oversight.
Expert:
Approximately 7+ years of experience with very limited managerial oversight.
