Junior Broadcast Producer

Overview
We have an excellent opportunity for someone to join our Broadcast team in the position of Junior Broadcast Producer. This individual will oversee the recording, editing, and final delivery of multimedia projects to ensure high‑quality sound and visual content.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Broadcast Manager to execute daily production tasks.

Coordinate with external studios and Leo Ticheli Productions.

Manage daily record sessions with voice talents.

Review and approve edits, graphics, and final content prior to airing.

Troubleshoot production issues as they arise.

Process daily Work Orders to support accurate production billing.

Experience

1-2 years of related experience

Required Skills

Organizational, adaptability, and time‑management skills

Strong attention to detail

Team orientation

Ability to deal with deadlines and changes

Working knowledge of Word and Excel

Experience with Adobe software

Photoshop

Premiere Pro

Audition

After Effects

Media Encoder

Compensation
USD $40,280.00 – $48,355.00 Annually. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. The application deadline is 8/31/2026.
