To support the growth of paid social and TikTok Shop initiatives, the remote Junior Creative Strategist will write content briefs, coordinate UGC creators, and direct video editors and graphic designers to produce engaging creative content.
Key responsibilities
Shape the creative strategy for paid social and TikTok Shop, testing new concepts and hooks
Write clear content briefs and coordinate UGC creators, ensuring timely and on-brand content delivery
Analyze performance metrics to inform creative decisions and maintain a steady flow of new concepts
Required qualifications
1-2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or paid-social creative, including internships or freelance work
Strong familiarity with TikTok and Meta platforms, with an understanding of effective short-form content
Eagerness to learn about performance metrics and their connection to creative strategies
Experience in coordinating with creators, editors, or designers, with the ability to provide clear briefs
Excellent written and spoken English skills, with a proactive and organized approach to managing multiple projects
