Graphic Designer
Responsibilities

Create art for banners, emails, landing pages, websites, mobile devices, social media, presentations, and other related design assets

Assist in the design of UI/UX flows

Organize and maintain libraries of creative assets

Ability to collaborate with internal departments (Creative, Marketing, Engineering, etc.)

Ability to handle criticism as positive feedback; with the goal and intention in mind for the success of everyone and the business

Education

BA in Design or in process

Experience

None needed but you MUST BE hungry to learn and succeed

Technical Skills

Excellent ability with Adobe Design Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, etc.)

Working knowledge with HTML/CSS and Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook

Capable of prioritizing workload and quality checking work; must be comfortable asking for guidance if completing priorities come into play; this also means being capable of knowing when to ask for help before it is too late to come up with solutions to meet a deadline

Attitude of accountability; committed to high-quality output; extreme attention to detail and accuracy

Gaming knowledge is a HUGE plus

Mobile Software Engineer
Responsibilities

Develop design that fulfills functional requirements while proving scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Work with the Software Development team for mobile devices, specifically iPhones, iPads and other mobile operating systems like Android and Windows Phone 7.

Design and develop client IP/Mobile system architecture based on requirements.

Provide enhancements and bug fixes on existing software products.

Involve in product testing and release along with support.

Contribute to the system architecture, technology direction, and roadmap.

Technical Skills and Relevant Experience

Experience designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications on iPhone/iPad, Android and Windows Phone 7 operating systems

Proficiency in Objective C/Java/J2EE technologies

Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electronic Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related field and 5 years related experience

Will also accept Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 3 years of related experience

Web Developer
Responsibilities

Implement new site features and contribute to the continuing improvement of the member experience

Refine existing code to current site needs and standards

Maintain awareness of best practices in the LAMP and DHTML space

Develop optimized, cross-platform, mobile friendly front-end code

Convert mockups and graphics to functional layouts and pages

Education and Relevant Skills

B.S. in Computer Science or related discipline

Understanding of Object Oriented development concepts & design

Strong written and communication skills

Strong debugging and quality assurance skills

Capacity to balance work load, priorities and deadlines in a dynamic work environment

Nice to Haves

Prior exposure to relevant, large-scale social websites

Working knowledge of:
MySQL

Flash development

Smarty or similar templating system

Email and Instant Messaging standards and protocols

Ability and desire to quickly learn and adapt to new languages and techniques

Ability to work independently as well as within a team to drive features to completion
