Position Summary
We are looking for an Assistant Program Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of student-focused events, projects, and initiatives. This role helps ensure every detail is organized, creating meaningful and memorable experiences for the students we serve.

Assistant Program Coordinator

to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, organized and creative who is passionate about making an impact in the community.

The

Assistant Program Coordinator

will play a key role in supporting the planning and organizing all aspects of student-focused events and projects, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully planned and executed.

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with some flexibility for remote work. We offer generous PTO, and optional plans for medical, dental and vision insurance, an optional 401K plan, and other benefits. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

Assist with program administration including updating program timeline and procedures

Support team with a variety of administrative tasks as needed

Assist with program events by supporting logistics, procedures, supplies, setup, and follow-up for events such as the Back-to-School Party, Holiday Party, and summer programs

Assist with all seasonal program-based projects, such as Teacher Appreciation, School Events, BASH Boutique

Participate in volunteer projects and initiatives

Assist with the administrative coordination of collections and donation drives

Work with Program Support Specialist to assist with student gifts

Assist with maintaining storage to ensure supplies are organized, stocked, and readily available

Assist with graduation-related tasks including student gifts and graduation party planning

Qualifications

Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel

Strong organizational skills; extremely detail-oriented

Strong follow-through skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Ability to multi-task
