The Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to support the execution of digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. Working as part of the marketing department, this role will contribute to email marketing, social media, website management, digital advertising, content development, and marketing analytics.
This position is ideal for an individual with foundational marketing knowledge who is seeking to develop a broad range of digital marketing skills within a professional B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with email marketing campaign planning, execution, and reporting
Support CRM database management and digital lead administration
Coordinate social media content scheduling, publishing, and monitoring
Assist with content development for websites, blogs, and marketing materials
Support SEO initiatives and digital content optimization
Maintain external directory listings and online company profiles
Assist in collecting and analyzing campaign performance data
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support integrated marketing initiatives
Support market research and competitor analysis activities
Skills and Experience Required

Essential

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
Up to two years of relevant marketing or marketing support experience
Knowledge of digital marketing principles
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Preferred

Experience within life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Experience with marketing automation systems
Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO tools
Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Learning Opportunities

Exposure to integrated B2B marketing strategies
Practical experience with CRM and marketing automation systems
Training in digital marketing analytics and reporting
Development of SEO and content marketing expertise
