Customer Experience Specialist RFID Solutions Provider | Hospitality Industry Position Summary The Customer Experience Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for hotel and hospitality customers purchasing and using RFID badge, credential, and access solutions. This role ensures exceptional customer satisfaction by supporting account onboarding, order management, issue resolution, and ongoing relationship development. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and CRM systems. Provide order updates and coordinate with production, shipping, and sales teams. Support hotel clients with RFID badge and credential requests. Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer records and account information. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Assist with onboarding new hospitality customers and training resources. Track service metrics and follow up on open issues. Qualifications 2+ years of customer service, account management, or customer success experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience working with hospitality, technology, or B2B customers preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
