Affiliate Marketing Manager

To build and scale a high-performing affiliate program, the part-time contractor Affiliate Marketing Manager will manage partnerships, recruit affiliates, negotiate terms, and optimize performance in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities

Build and manage LumiMeds' affiliate and partner program across various networks and direct relationships
Recruit and onboard high-fit affiliates, including health bloggers and wellness creators
Negotiate commission structures and monitor compliance and brand safety across affiliate placements

Required qualifications

3+ years managing affiliate or performance partnership programs, either brand side or agency
Direct experience with at least one major affiliate network (e.g., Impact, ShareASale, CJ)
Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, and hybrid commission structures
Experience in recruiting and managing publisher and creator relationships at scale
Familiarity with fraud detection and compliance monitoring in affiliate channels
