Freelance Graphic Designer

Working remotely on a part-time freelance basis, the Graphic Designer will create polished visual assets, including layouts and social media templates, while collaborating with Tendem Agents to enhance data scraping workflows.
Key Responsibilities

Own the creation of clean layouts, modern infographics, and establish a clear visual hierarchy for engaging content
Design reusable templates for social media channels and impactful one-pagers
Transform raw data and concepts into professional visual assets tailored to marketing and communication goals

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields is a plus
Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
Upper-intermediate (B2) English proficiency or above
Strong dedication to delivering visually polished, professional-grade assets
