Partnerships Manager

Supporting the Managing Director of Partnerships and Organizing, the full-time Partnerships Manager will engage and manage a diverse coalition of national organizations to promote the Party at the Polls program, focusing on outreach, coalition communications, and partnership agreements in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities

Manage and grow a coalition of national organizations committed to expanding voter participation through Party at the Polls
Lead outreach and cultivation of prospective partners aligned with the program's mission
Coordinate coalition convenings and engagement touchpoints, ensuring effective communication and follow-up

Required qualifications

3+ years of experience in partnerships, coalition management, or a related field
Proven ability to manage relationships with national organizations and develop partnership agreements
Experience in coordinating multi-stakeholder convenings or coalition engagement efforts
Background in civic engagement, voting rights, or mission-driven nonprofits is a strong plus
Familiarity with Google Suite and experience with CRM or partnership tracking tools preferred
