Job Details What You'll Own: Full DTC growth strategy across the customer lifecycle Shopify revenue growth and customer experience optimization Email and SMS marketing strategy and performance Subscription and retention programs Conversion rate optimization (CRO) Customer lifetime value and repeat purchase initiatives Cross-functional collaboration across creative, customer experience, operations, and paid media teams Experimentation, testing, reporting, and growth analytics Ideal Background: Experience scaling high-growth DTC brands Deep expertise with Shopify and Klaviyo Strong subscription and retention marketing experience Success driving customer lifecycle and revenue growth initiatives Analytical mindset with strong business acumen Builder mentality with experience operating in entrepreneurial environments Why This Role Stands Out: This is an opportunity to own a company's growth engine while working directly with founders in a fully remote, entrepreneurial environment.
