Become a Key Player as a Vice President of Marketing
You will lead the marketing strategy and execution to drive brand awareness and growth for the marketplace and upcoming product launches, influencing acquisition and retention across the customer lifecycle. You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations and report to the founders, leading a high-performing marketing organization. Work model: Onsite (4 days per week).

Own end-to-end marketing strategy for the marketplace and new products to drive growth and brand awarenessHire, manage, mentor, and scale a customer-obsessed, data-driven marketing teamDefine, track, and optimize marketing KPIs and budget allocation across channelsLead demand generation initiatives and growth marketing programs to scale acquisitionSpearhead brand positioning and communications that resonate with target customersCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to align go-to-market efforts

10+ years of relevant marketing leadership experienceProven track record as a marketing leader in high-growth environmentsStrong analytical and data skills; experience leading a data-driven teamExpertise in demand generation, brand marketing, content, and growth marketingAdept at using AI tools to drive creative, personalized, high-velocity marketingStrong leadership and people development experience
