We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a strong blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership to manage cross-functional teams and deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals, leading multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, content, and offline platforms, managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, fostering growth and collaboration, analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategy, overseeing brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints, collaborating with sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market plans, monitoring campaign performance and optimizing based on KPIs and ROI metrics, and managing marketing budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, a proven track record of successful campaign execution and team management, strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, analytics, and CRM tools, excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills, and the ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications include experience in industry-specific marketing, familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Salesforce, or Adobe Creative Suite, knowledge of performance marketing and demand generation strategies, and certification in digital marketing or related areas.
