As a Vice President, Product Manager within the Trust & Security Authentication Platforms and Modeling team, you will leverage your expertise in product development and optimization to drive meaningful impact. Your work will be guided by user research and customer feedback, fueling the creation of innovative products and the continuous improvement of existing solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products and contributing to ongoing organizational success. Success in this role requires strong collaboration, communication and risk management with other product and technology partners.
Job Responsibilities

Partner with Open Banking and other Product Managers to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery.
Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers.
Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle.
Prepare the requirements, epics, and user stories to support technology development.
Prioritize and execute product deliveries using agile methodologies, ensuring the most valuable and impactful features are delivered according to the product roadmap.
Effectively manage timelines and communications to senior management and stakeholders.
Partner with the quads to implement features by facilitating technical and non-technical discussions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
Experience in tools supporting agile software development, issue tracking and project management, such as Jira, Figma, and/or similar industry tools.
Proven record of delivering impactful product demonstrations.
Experience managing and delivering projects following software development lifecycle from inception to production.
Industry specific knowledge and experience in the areas of Authentication, Authorization and Identity lifecycle management.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Hands‑on experience working with OAuth2 and OpenID Connect framework.
Some experience with API based products.
AWS certification is a plus.
