Responsibilities
Oversee ecommerce strategy and execution including assortment, promotional planning, media investments, and operational excellence.
Monitor marketplace platform performance, algorithm changes, and policy updates to proactively mitigate risks and unlock opportunities.
Lead best-in-class execution across content, SEO, advertising, pricing, promotions, and availability.
Develop and manage annual operating plans, forecasts, and promotional strategies for eCommerce channels.
Own and execute the e-commerce marketplace strategy, with deep focus on Amazon and Chewy.
Drive sales growth, share, and profitability across Amazon (Vendor Central and/or Seller Central) and Chewy.
Requirements
Proven success managing Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central, including retail negotiations and media programs.
Deep understanding of Chewy’s platform, operating model, and customer expectations.
Strong P&L ownership experience with a track record of driving profitable growth.
Highly analytical, strategic, and execution-oriented with excellent communication and leadership skills.
