Responsibilities
Ensure sales goals are consistently achieved
Recruit, hire and manage a high performing team
Create and drive area strategy and short-term tactics to achieve business goals
Work in the field with Regional Sales Directors
Build strong client and cross-functional relationships
Drive regional plan for Pharmaceutical Field team
Organize employee training, conferences and regional meetings
Support Regional Sales Directors in design of regional business plans
Attend National and Regional congresses as assigned
Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access regularly
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS degree, preferably in life sciences or business administration)
7+ years of pharmaceutical sales management experience
Demonstrated track record of successful pharmaceutical sales leadership
Ability to recruit, retain, and develop a high‑performing team
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
Product launch experience
Valid Driver’s License
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and mobile technologies
