Associate Director, HCP Execution – US HIV Treatments (U.S.)

Our company has been committed to advancing science for the treatment and prevention of HIV for more than 35 years. The HIV Business Unit is rapidly growing, with multiple marketed products, including the recently launched HIV treatment, the alliance asset in development to be the first once‑weekly treatment in HIV, and a robust research pipeline. We are recruiting an Associate Director of HCP Execution for HIV Treatments to own the development of key assets in line with brand and portfolio strategy across HIV Treatments, and other assets in the market.
Responsibilities

Lead development, refinement, approval, dissemination, and evolution of compelling and compliant key HCP promotional and internally facing assets developed with agencies aligned to portfolio priorities and brand strategy for launch and in‑line assets.
Lead CRT preparation, review, and alignment as the Job Owner, partnering with Legal, Medical, Regulatory, Compliance, agency partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders to enable high‑quality, timely submissions and productive discussions.
Contribute to key strategic discussions including primary and secondary insights, data‑based decision making, strategic prioritization, and strategy.
Demonstrate an ability to understand and pull‑through brand strategy by partnering with HCP Strategy, Field Execution, and other team members to ensure connectivity of brand strategy from asset conception to execution in market.
Manage ways or working, project management, communications, and budget with agencies. Conduct quality checks to ensure assets are properly anchored to applicable references, Product PI and parent resources, and that all content aligns with applicable brand guidelines and company promotional standards.
Maintain clear asset timelines, lead schedule coordination with Operations Lead and MPO, status tracking, and version control, and fully participate in Agile ways of working.
Provide ad hoc support for quality CRT submissions for other HCP assets (e.g., S decks).
Budget, SOW & PO Management: Lead strategic budget planning, tracking, and stewardship for HCP Marketing team, ensuring resources align to strategic priorities, managing in accordance with internal policies, proactively identifying risks, resolving operational issues, and communicating budget status and trade‑offs to appropriate stakeholders.
Partner with procurement, finance, agencies, and internal business owners to develop, route, and manage statements of work, purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation.
Qualifications

BA/BS required.
5+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving, analytical critical thinking and planning skills.
Strong cross‑functional partnering skills and demonstrated ability to influence in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
Strong verbal and non‑verbal communication skills.
Strong project management skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Strong familiarity with Veeva PromoMats system and CRT review process as a Job Owner.
Demonstrated experience in budget management, including with agencies/vendors.
Ability to connect brand strategy into excellent execution.
Demonstrates a growth mindset and can adapt to change.
Preferred Experience and Skills

MBA.
2+ years of experience in campaign development lead (CDL) and/or Marketing role.
Digital/omnichannel expertise.
Experience with OMM OneReview 2.0.
Experience in an alliance/co‑promote.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $142,400.00 – $224,100.00.
Eligible for annual bonus and long‑term incentive.
