With offices in Los Angeles, the Bay Area, Sacramento, and Bangkok, WOL delivers mature creator operations and data-driven strategies to drive user growth and engagement. Role Description

• Full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA.


• Leads the Creator Manager team, responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing a portfolio of TikTok Live creators.


• Designs and implements creator growth strategies, set performance targets, and optimize revenue outcomes through data-driven decision-making and program development.


• Becomes the official representative for WOL LIVE Agency, presenting in official account short videos and TikTok LIVE official events


• Builds strong relationships with key creators and platform partners, resolving operational issues, and ensuring a high-quality creator experience aligned with WOL’s mission and business objectives.


• For transparency - Compensation range: $150,000-$200,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Experience in TikTok LIVE stream and creator management, talent management, or influencer relations, preferably within live-streaming, social media, or digital entertainment.


• Go LIVE on TikTok regularly and can make over 500k diamond monthly, having strong connection and resource with creators & influencers


• Background in people leadership, including team management, performance coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.


• Data analysis and performance management skills, with the ability to interpret metrics, identify trends, and make informed decisions.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging creators, partners, and internal stakeholders.


• Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA, with flexibility to collaborate across time zones and cultures.
