About This Team
The Associate Product Marketing Manager is responsible for assisting in defining and executing go-to-market strategies of Magnite’s products and services. This role will support high-impact initiatives primarily across our DV+ platform, helping translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives and actionable enablement for our Commercial teams. Fundamentally, you’ll focus on narratives driven by market insights, competitive analysis, and strategic product direction. You’ll write, research, get your tech on, and evangelize it all. You’ll also collaborate with Product to articulate how products are positioned and brought to market, partner closely with Sales to support enablement, and collaborate with Marketing to help launch high-quality campaigns.

In This Role, You Will
Go-to-Market Execution

Support the development and execution of GTM strategies across key product initiatives

Build and manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional alignment across Product, Commercial, and Marketing

Ensure all deliverables are aligned, approved, and ready prior to distribution

Sales Enablement & Content Development

Create high-quality sales enablement materials, including decks, one-sheets, FAQs, and internal comms

Translate technical product features into clear, actionable messaging for internal and external audiences

Partner with Sales to ensure materials are usable, relevant, and aligned to real-world conversations

Contribute to product positioning and narrative development across Magnite’s platform

Ensure consistency across all touchpoints (internal comms, decks, emails, Help Center, etc.)

Anchor messaging in clear value propositions, use cases, and proof points

Cross-Functional Alignment

Partner closely with Product, Commercial, and Marketing teams

Bring stakeholders along early and often to ensure alignment before execution and proactively identify risks and communicate changes before deadlines are impacted

Use structured workflows (e.g., DACI) to drive clarity, ownership, and accountability

Qualifications

2+ years of product marketing, marketing, or product management experience in the B2B technology sector

An understanding of programmatic advertising is a plus

Experience hanging out in the technical details and partnering directly with Product

Strong written and verbal communication skills delivered across digital mediums

Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties, with the flexibility to adapt and adjust your strategy with evolving business needs

In New York, the base salary range for this role is $75,000 – $95,000.

Actual compensation will be determined based on location, experience, skills, and internal equity.
