Role Overview
As an Ad Operations Specialist, you will be essential to scaling customer acquisition efforts by ensuring the flawless and efficient launch of high-impact paid campaigns. This role involves owning the execution and optimization of digital media campaigns in our adserver and paid media platforms.

Responsibilities include campaign setup, budget management, optimization to campaign KPIs, audience targeting integration and reporting. You will act as a proactive self-starter, managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment to facilitate business growth.

Qualifications & Technical Expertise

Expert-level proficiency and hands‑on experience with Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360)

Deep expertise in DSPs like Display & Video 360 (DV360), The Trade Desk (TTD) and major social platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Reddit.

3‑6 years of dedicated experience in Ad Operations, Digital Media Operations, or Ad Technology roles.

Comfort with HTML, JavaScript, rich media formats, VAST/VPAID for video, and current cookie/privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).

Exceptional candidates will have experience with LiveRamp, Bomobra, Demandbase and other ABM or Audience focused vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Traffic Management

Technical Quality Assurance (QA) & Troubleshooting

Performance Optimization & Reporting

Document and implement scalable best practices for campaign trafficking and naming conventions to reduce human error.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range:

$50/hr to $55/hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, location of the role, skills, education, training, credentials, and experience. Full‑time consultants have access to benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K contributions, as well as PTO, sick leave, and other benefits mandated by applicable state or local laws.
