Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative, trend-aware individual with a strong aesthetic eye to lead and elevate Latico's visual and content direction. This person will play a key role in shaping how the brand shows up across social, digital, and live content, while ensuring everything aligns with the brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and elevate brand aesthetics across social media, website, and digital content
Provide clear, actionable creative direction and feedback to ensure consistency and brand alignment
Concept, create, and execute engaging content (Reels, short-form video, live streaming)
Develop high-performing Facebook/Instagram video ads, including strong hooks and messaging
Capture and produce lifestyle and product photography (handbags)
Stay on top of trends and translate them into relevant, on-brand content
Collaborate across channels to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand voice
Ideal Background:

Background in graphic design, fashion, or content creation
Strong understanding of visual branding and storytelling
Experience creating Reels, video content, and/or live streaming
Comfortable being on camera and representing the brand when needed
Ability to speak to product (especially handbags) in an elevated, polished way
Highly self-directed and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment
Naturally plugged into social trends and digital content
