Store Manager: Lead Sales, People & Customer Experience

POP MART Americas is seeking a Store Manager to lead store performance across the United States and drive teamwork, operations, and customer experience in line with POP MART’s brand standards.
The role will own end-to-end store operations, including sales targets, customer service, and people leadership, reporting to the District/Area Manager and collaborating with Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, HR, and international teams.
