Responsibilities
Partner with attorneys and firm leadership to identify business development opportunities and support client growth initiatives.
Develop, coordinate, and track client pitches, proposals, presentations, and other business development materials.
Assist with cross-selling initiatives across multiple practice groups, including Litigation, Digital Assets, Labor & Employment, Bankruptcy, and GS&C.
Create and maintain marketing collateral, website content, attorney biographies, and other promotional materials to ensure brand consistency.
Conduct market, client, industry, and competitor research to support strategic business development efforts.
Plan, coordinate, and execute client-facing events and educational programs aligned with firm marketing and relationship-building objectives.
Collaborate with attorneys to develop thought leadership initiatives, seminars, webinars, and other client engagement programs.
Manage submissions for legal directories, industry awards, and rankings by tracking deadlines, drafting content, and coordinating supporting materials.
Support digital marketing efforts, including website updates, email marketing campaigns, and social media initiatives.
Monitor marketing trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement best practices.
Travel to firm-sponsored events as needed (approximately 10%).
Perform additional marketing and business development duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
4–8 years of marketing and business development experience within a professional services environment; prior law firm experience preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing professional events from planning through execution.
Strong business development, proposal writing, and client presentation experience.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Client-focused with a professional demeanor and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with attorneys, firm leadership, and cross-functional teams.
High level of discretion and commitment to maintaining confidential information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience with HubSpot or other CRM/marketing automation platforms is a plus.
