Responsibilities

Provide creative and design support for end‑investor‑targeted project
Ensure designs adhere to BLK and client brand standard
Interpret and incorporate diverse client brand guidelines into the design process
Maintain strict compliance with legal and brand regulation
Deliver exceptional client service and manage tight timelines without compromising quality
Oversee project management for design deliverables, including stakeholder coordination and prioritization
Required Skills

Proven experience in creative and design roles
Proficiency with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint)
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects adhering to brand guidelines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities
Detail‑oriented with a commitment to error‑free, compliance‑aligned design
Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with financial services, including banking, wealth management, and retirement
Proactive and self‑motivated, with a track record of project ownership
Strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements
