Remote Virtual Agent Designer & Conversational UX Lead

KPG99 INC is recruiting a Virtual Agent / Conversational Designer to craft end-to-end conversations for our digital assistant. This remote, full-time role focuses on defining intents, use cases, and responses to deliver seamless user experiences.
Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent Designer, NLU/utterance authoring, and strong conversational UX knowledge to build scalable, user-friendly dialogue flows.
