Overview

This position is responsible for delivering tailored financial solutions to complex Global Commercial Banking clients and prospects. The role serves as a trusted advisor, acquiring, deepening, and maintaining profitable client relationships while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and Product Specialists.
Responsibilities

Manage an extensive portfolio of complex clients and prospects with annual revenues ranging from $50million to $2billion.
Acquire, deepen, and sustain profitable client relationships through proactive sales, prospecting, and enhancement of existing relationships.
Understand and interpret financial and cash‑flow statements to assess and analyze companies’ financial conditions and industry trends.
Collaborate with domestic and international teammates—including Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, Wealth Management, and specialized Product Specialists—to design and deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
Lead and facilitate dialogue with complex clients on industry forces, alternative capital structures, and broader business issues.
Coach and mentor peers, applying leadership skills to drive performance and development.
Adapt to evolving sales practices and changing market and industry conditions as necessary.
Required Qualifications

Hold FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), S7, and S63 licenses (or obtain them within 180 days of start date).
Demonstrated experience in client management and advisory roles.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial analysis and risk management.
Effective relationship building and prospecting capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

Annualized salary range: $140,000–$235,000, commensurate with experience, education, and skill set.
Eligible for discretionary incentive and annual discretionary award based on individual performance.
