Owning and executing the lifecycle marketing program across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging, the full-time Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will drive user engagement and retention strategies while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle strategy to enhance user onboarding, subscription conversion, and retention
Utilize data analytics to inform audience segmentation and optimize engagement through A/B testing and personalized content
Collaborate with technical and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of lifecycle campaigns and alignment with brand standards
Required Qualifications
7+ years of hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing or customer retention within a D2C or subscription context
Proven ability to operate independently and influence cross-functional stakeholders
Deep expertise with Iterable or a comparable enterprise marketing automation platform
Exceptional analytical skills to derive actionable insights from complex datasets
AI-first orientation with experience in evaluating and implementing AI tools for marketing efficiency
