Product Developer

We are looking for a Sr. Footwear Product Developer to be an integral part of our Footwear Product Team, creating amazing footwear for athletes! The ideal candidate needs to have demonstrated project management, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills in a product creation setting.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As a member of the Footwear Team, you will work collaboratively with key functional partners throughout the Product Development process. This includes Footwear Engineering, Footwear Product Testing, Footwear Material Design and Material Development, Product Design, Product Management, Product Merchandising, Sourcing and Operations, and our overseas partners – both within and external.

WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Engineering or related field. Will accept suitable combination of education, experience or training with footwear experience.

Demonstrated understanding of footwear pattern engineering, tooling, and manufacturing processes.

A minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience.

Effective Collaborator adept at working productively within a team.

A demonstrated ability to tinker, to create prototypes, to explore, learn, and to find ways to improve products through physically altering their state.

Ability to read technical drawings, sketches and/or 3D digital files.

Basic knowledge of materials, test methods, and properties and application.
