This position is an essential part of Sherwin’s manufacturing team. The role involves setting up, running, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to produce paint and coating products consistent with customer requirements. The technician mixes and grinds liquids and other raw materials, directly impacting the quality and quantity of the product. Maintaining a safe, clean, and productive working environment is also a key responsibility.

Schedule: Weekend Nights Thursday 7:00 am‑3:30 pm (8 hrs); Friday 7:00 am‑3:30 pm (8 hrs); Saturday 7:00 am‑7:30 pm (12 hrs); Sunday 7:00 am‑7:30 pm (12 hrs)
Shift Differential: $2.50 per hour
Bonus: Eligibility based on performance, subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans.
Background Check: Mandatory criminal history review for safety and business protection.
