Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially savvy marketer to join the US Breyanzi Marketing team in the role of Senior Product Manager, US Breyanzi HCP Treater Marketing. This individual will be a key member of the US Cell Therapy Organization, responsible for driving the day‑to‑day execution of HCP‑facing marketing strategies and tactics that advance the Breyanzi brand. They will serve as the primary lead for field insight gathering and synthesis, playing a critical role in ensuring that marketing execution is rooted in a deep understanding of the HCP landscape and translates meaningfully into the field. The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, partner cross‑functionally, and deliver compliant and impactful HCP resources will be essential to success in this role. This individual will report to the Director, US Breyanzi HCP Treater Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to HCP brand strategy & message development – Partner closely with senior marketing leadership to develop HCP brand strategy and core messaging, translating brand positioning into compelling, insight‑driven promotional narratives that resonate with treaters across the Breyanzi customer landscape.
  • Execute HCP marketing strategies & tactics – Drive the day‑to‑day execution of HCP marketing strategies and tactical plans, ensuring all initiatives are grounded in brand strategy, HCP insights, and clinical accuracy, and are effectively pulled through across key channels and customer‑facing touchpoints.
  • Own label update process & messaging execution – Serve as the primary owner of the label update process, managing the end‑to‑end execution of messaging updates across HCP‑facing assets to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant communication of Breyanzi's clinical profile.
  • Primary lead for field insight gathering & synthesis – Act as the key conduit between the field and the marketing team, proactively gathering and synthesizing HCP insights from customer‑facing teams to inform promotional strategy, messaging priorities, and tactical execution; directly shaping how the brand shows up in the market.
  • Support HCP targeting & segmentation execution – Partner cross‑functionally to support the execution of HCP targeting and segmentation strategies, ensuring marketing resources and field efforts are deployed effectively to reach the right customers with the right message at the right time.
  • Support asset development & pull‑through execution – Contribute to the development of HCP‑facing promotional materials and field tools, managing agency and vendor partners through the asset development and MLR review process, and ensuring effective pull‑through and activation in the field.
  • Manage tactical timelines & budget tracking – Maintain rigorous project management discipline across all HCP marketing initiatives, tracking tactical timelines, deliverables, and budget allocation to ensure resources are delivered on time, on budget, and in full compliance with BMS standards.
  • Partner with analytics on HCP performance tracking – Collaborate closely with the Insights & Analytics team to monitor and evaluate HCP marketing performance, interpret data to identify opportunities and risks, and develop actionable recommendations to optimize tactical execution and commercial impact.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology marketing, brand management, or a related commercial function.
  • Proven track record of executing HCP marketing programs with demonstrated impact on commercial performance.
  • Hematology, oncology, or cell therapy experience preferred; CAR‑T experience is a significant differentiator.
  • Experience managing assets through MLR review processes, with a strong working knowledge of FDA promotional regulations and PhRMA guidelines.
  • Demonstrated experience gathering and synthesizing field insights to inform marketing strategy and execution.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience supporting HCP targeting, segmentation, and omnichannel execution in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, drive execution, foster relationships, and build alignment across a matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical acumen with the ability to partner with analytics teams, interpret performance data, and translate insights into actionable tactical recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly articulate ideas and recommendations to cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Strong scientific acumen, with the ability to comprehend and discuss deep clinical data in the context of HCP communications.
  • Initiative, creativity, and proven ability to work effectively in a complex, rapidly changing environment.
