Job Description Are you passionate about bringing innovative and impactful LEGO® experiences to kids and shoppers? If you love the LEGO® brand and enjoy delivering play and shopping experiences that are innovative, engaging and fun, this role is for you.
Responsibilities Increase focus on integrating with AMS LEGO Group Business Units (US, CA, LATAM) to capture local opportunities, devise contingency mechanisms and enable fast local response.
Execute the LEGO Retail Global Marketing Plan with excellence and drive footfall and traffic.
Act as the ambassador for initiatives across other LEGO Group Business Units and support global campaign execution.
Collaborate with the Retail Experiences & Marketing (REM) team as the regional lead and expert, ensuring strong local implementation and relevant activations.
Support in‑store events and play activations that attract families and children to LEGO Stores.
Assist in the OESP (Owned, Earned, Shared, Paid) process, serve as key contact for market integration on children's campaigns, and explore new opportunities within the LEGO ecosystem.
Transform key shopper insights into actionable marketing strategies to deliver meaningful experiences to shoppers and consumers.
Identify and implement tailored, market‑driven marketing programs that are regionally relevant and add value to the shopper experience.
Qualifications Extensive retail or trade marketing experience, with strong knowledge of in‑store shopper touchpoints, retail operations, and event execution.
Proven track record developing in‑store materials, including agency collaboration.
Experience delivering earned media campaigns.
Skilled at turning shopper insights into actionable strategies.
Strong project and time‑management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Resilient, energetic, results‑driven with a positive, proactive attitude.
Strong collaborator, able to engage effectively at all levels.
Comfortable working independently and within fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams.
Ambitious, innovative, and a true team player.

Compensation The salary range for this position is $107,885.00–$161,827.00, based on responsibilities, market benchmarks, and internal equity. Full remuneration details will be communicated upon offer.
