Summary

This position will be responsible for managing the daily production for their line of business in support of several clients. The manager’s focus is to deliver on high quality production and ensure product lines meet all contractual Service Level Agreements (SLA). The Manager will act as a point of contact in support of client inquiries and escalations, responding to the clients promptly. The Manager will support the Director with all direct staffing needs by monitoring production, accuracy, and attendance.
Essential Functions

Act as a main point of contact for all clients in support of daily production and escalations.
Hire, train, motivate and coach employees, assess performance, and provide feedback and training opportunities.
Collaborate with department leaders, external vendors, and clients to discuss issues, develop strategies, coordinate activities, and resolve problems.
Mentor department leads to enhance overall morale using a positive approach.
Escalate, consult, and communicate effectively with senior management.
Oversee all Production teams within their line of business supporting all clients.
Support and revise existing policies and procedures, coordinate meetings and trainings.
Provide the Training Team with implementation of new or updated policies and procedures.
Educate the team on Production Statistics and KPI Metrics for each task.
Identify process improvements and create solutions.
Oversee SLA risks and potential issues.
Maintain knowledge of client production guidelines and requirements and share with relevant teams.
Handle confidential financial data in strict adherence to confidentiality policies.
Run daily production reports to ensure orders flow smoothly through the line.
Collaborate with Human Resources to lead the team with integrity and maintain an inclusive environment.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate degree and equivalent industry experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience

Experience in title, mortgage, or financial industry required. At least 2 years' experience managing a team.
Compensation and Benefits

Covius offers an extensive benefits package for all employees, including medical, dental, vision and 401(k).
Compensation: $55,120 - $68,900 annualized.
Working Conditions

Work is performed in a climate‑controlled indoor administrative office setting. The noise level is usually quiet to moderate, depending on the office or meeting location.
Physical Demands and Activities

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to communicate, remain stationary, move about the office, operate computer equipment, occasionally position self to maintain files, and rarely move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs. Close and distance observation are required, with ability to observe objects at close range in the presence of glare or bright lighting (e.g., computer screen). The employee must possess the ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand and interact with external and internal stakeholders.
