Floor Lead — Elevate Customer Experience & Team Performance

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to deliver a quality in-store experience and drive daily sales. You will support opening/closing routines, POS operation, and visual displays on a part-time schedule.
Strong communication, customer focus, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with energy are essential. Weekend availability required, with peak periods increasing hours.
