Responsibilities

Execute website updates across WordPress websites, including landing pages, blog posts, forms, and content enhancements

Help maintain content accuracy, SEO best practices, and brand consistency across all digital properties

Upload and manage digital assets including images, videos, PDFs, and promotional content

Support digital lead generation strategies designed to increase qualified inquiries, tours, and move-ins across company communities

Assist with campaign QA, tracking implementation, and creative updates

Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and performance trends and communicate optimization recommendations

Support ongoing SEO initiatives including metadata updates, keyword research, local listings management, and content optimization

Assist with tracking website performance using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and other analytics platforms

Identify opportunities to improve website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and lead quality

Manage and maintain online business listings across platforms such as Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, Bing Places, Yelp, and other directory services

Assist with lead tracking, CRM coordination, and digital conversion optimization efforts

Support implementation and testing of forms, call tracking, pixels, UTM parameters, and other marketing technologies

Help ensure proper tracking and attribution across campaigns and websites

Help manage timelines, tasks, and communication across multiple concurrent marketing projects

Coordinate with community teams, designers, developers, agency partners, and vendors

Maintain organized documentation of marketing initiatives, campaign assets, and reporting

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred

2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, online listing management, SEO, website analytics, or advertising support, with a basic understanding of digital marketing performance metrics

Familiarity with platforms such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, WordPress, CRM systems, call tracking platforms, marketing automation tools, and online reputation management platforms such as Reputation.com is a plus

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Excellent written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills.
