Customer Retention Strategist (Hybrid)

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) seeks a Hybrid Retention Specialist to protect revenue by addressing cancellation requests and reducing churn. You will work with Service, Operations, and Billing to resolve barriers, finalize modified agreements, and strengthen customer retention.
The role requires strong consultative skills, empathy, and the ability to handle objections while guiding customers toward successful implementation. This position may require travel to the PA office.
