Content Designer

Responsibilities

Design and develop world-class product content
Advocate for customers to ensure intuitive product designs
Work closely with UX Designers, Engineers, and Product Leaders
Establish content design best practices in line with company standards
Explore and apply AI-driven content design approaches
Design conversational flows for simple interactions
Requirements

Content Design background in a product-focused environment
Experience writing and structuring language to respond to audience needs
A foundational understanding of user-centered design techniques
Experience with AI-assisted tools for ideation or content exploration
Exposure to conversational design and ability to create conversational flows
Worked in authoring and publishing content management systems (CCMS)
Background working in agile development
Self-directed and effective working independently and with teams
Knowledgeable in Paligo, Pendo, Jira, Figma, Power BI, Smartsheet
