Responsibilities
Develops communications plans for enterprise initiatives, including OHI, CEO Excellence, launches and other priority programs.
Leads HR communications, including employee campaigns and leadership messaging.
Shapes enterprise-facing messaging from business units when the communication impacts the broader organization.
Provides strategic communications support and guidance to HR and business leaders.
Translates complex topics into clear, actionable messaging for employee and leader audiences.
Partners with communications colleagues to align enterprise, HR and business communications across relevant channels.
Supports communication planning, message development and stakeholder coordination for employee-facing initiatives.
Requirements
8 to 12+ years of communications experience.
Insurance industry experience preferred.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting enterprise or employee-facing initiatives.
Ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable messaging.
