Responsibilities
Serves as a strategic advisor to their assigned Co‑ops by providing insights and guidance on marketing strategy based on regional needs, customer behavior, and market nuances.
Supports marketing and sales objectives by managing programs and projects that advance marketing goals for assigned products, services, or regions.
Develops and executes marketing plans, proposals, and promotional initiatives for assigned products, services, market segments, or regions (Co‑ops).
Coordinates integrated marketing activities across advertising, direct marketing, events, field marketing, and digital platforms.
Researches regional needs and marketing communication opportunities, developing presentations, recommendations, and promotional content tailored to market dynamics.
Partners with internal teams and external vendors to develop, schedule, and produce marketing materials.
Analyzes marketing performance data to evaluate effectiveness and provide data‑driven recommendations.
Prepares and delivers reports and presentations to communicate insights and support strategic decision‑making.
Supports budget planning, vendor coordination, and cost tracking to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
Manages assigned Co‑op activities in partnership with leadership, including stakeholder communication and meeting coordination.
Leverages AI‑enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance data analysis, campaign optimization, and marketing efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Approximately 2+ years of professional marketing experience, preferably within hospitality, travel, or multi‑location environments.
Understanding of integrated marketing principles across advertising, digital, events, and field marketing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Ability to manage projects and coordinate cross‑functional teams effectively.
Experience with marketing performance metrics and budget tracking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
Familiarity with market segments and brand positioning.
Experience using AI‑enabled tools for analysis, forecasting, or campaign optimization preferred.
