Your Mission
Design seasonal graphics that align with PUMA's creative direction and strengthen the PUMA Hoops brand language.
Partner with Apparel, Footwear, PLM, and Color teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across collections.
Execute quick-turn graphics in response to cultural and sport moments with speed, precision, and intent.
Develop complete graphic packs — placements, trims, prints, and patterns that scale across tiers.
Contribute to seasonal color palette development and ensure consistency across categories.
Maintain an organized graphic library and manage on-time file handoffs with PUMA Group Sourcing (PGS).
Lead at least one capsule or regional project per season from concept through execution.
Your Talent
Bachelor's degree in Product or Graphic Design (or equivalent experience).
3–5 years of experience in apparel graphic design, with strong storytelling and cultural awareness.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to adapt quickly, meet expectations, and deliver on time.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of basketball culture and sport lifestyle trends.
Strong illustration and custom typography skills that bring unique voice and character to design.
Confident presentation skills and the ability to adapt to feedback with professionalism.
Domestic & International travel required - up to 20%.
The Hiring range base pay for this position is $51,800 - $68,905 + Bonus + Benefits.
