Customer Experience & Frontline Engagement Lead

TJX Companies’ Homesense store is seeking a frontline supervisor to promote a highly satisfied customer experience and drive loyalty. You will mentor Associates on frontline execution, policy adherence, and cash handling while supporting store operations across registers and sales floor.
The role requires strong interpersonal skills, flexibility to work evenings/weekends, and the ability to lift heavy merchandise. You will contribute to safe, organized, and customer‑focused store environments.
