Job Summary
Support the ongoing creative process for Norwegian Cruise Line Holding's creative and development operation. This includes Norwegian Cruise Line, Regent Seven Seas Cruises, and Oceania Cruises. Performing routine administrative functions and collaborating daily with Artistic Integrity, Theatrical Operations, and Facilities department.
Position Responsibilities
Provide leadership support and administrative assistance, such as writing/editing Creative Studios informational bulletins, creating forms, spreadsheets, recording entertainment rating data, and drafting memos.
Support multiple aspects of the contractor/vendor payment process, including coding assigned invoices, responding to payment inquiries, maintaining SDC agreements/payments, and processing creative/music licensing agreements.
Facilitate the music licensing process by reviewing invoices and agreements for necessary information, recording fees/details, sending agreements to leadership for signing, and communicating directly with music licensing agencies as needed.
Build purchase requests and purchase orders, update checkbooks, and analyze general ledgers, providing information and support for monthly budget reviews.
Secure suites or cabins for creative/artistic corporate employees and creative project teams.
Communicate with vessel personnel and port agents regarding arrivals, airport-to-ship transports, changes/cancellations, and essential travel information.
Schedule creative reviews, coordinate creative/artistic visitors, and support Creative Studios special events logistics—including arranging air transportation, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, sending reminders, extending welcomes, and organizing catering when necessary.
Facilitate NDAs for new creative projects, production companies, and designers before show decks or creative information is exchanged.
Support Creative Project Managers to ensure they all operate under and understand company policies and procedures.
Provide backup and coverage support to the Artistic Administrative Coordinator as needed.
Perform job related functions as assigned.
Qualifications
Degree Type: High School Diploma.
Minimum 2 years experience in an office/administrative assistance.
Cruise industry theatrical entertainment experience a plus.

Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn cruise ship entertainment operations and effectively support cruise ship entertainment.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office programs with emphasis on Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel.
Proficiency in Monday.com and AMOS preferred.
Certifications & Licenses
Valid and current driver's license required.
