Building on our experience developing efficient markets, Ellipsis Labs also operates SolFi, a proprietary automated market maker that provides efficient liquidity for key trading pairs. Our foundational product, Phoenix Legacy, is a limit order book on the Solana blockchain that established our expertise in operating high-performance markets. Combined, these products have facilitated over $285B in trading volume across Solana markets.Ellipsis Labs is seeking a marketer to own and grow our brand presence across social media, content, and community. This is a role for someone who moves fast, has strong creative instincts, and wants to build something from the ground up.In this role, you will:Own Ellipsis Labs' social media presence end-to-end, including strategy, content creation and performance across X, Telegram, and other relevant channelsProduce high-quality content independently, including motion graphics, short-form video and written copy, using modern creative toolsDevelop and track KPIs for growth and engagement, and use that data to sharpen strategy over timePlan and execute marketing campaigns around product launches, partnerships, and ecosystem eventsRepresent Ellipsis Labs at industry events and in external conversations, with the presence and confidence to command a roomCollaborate closely with engineering and product to translate technical concepts into compelling content for a crypto-native audienceSupport partnership and community initiatives, contributing to how we show up across the DeFi ecosystemQualificationsRequiredDemonstrated experience running social media for a brand, project, or productFamiliarity with DeFi: you understand how protocols work, what traders care about, and how to speak to crypto-native audiencesStrong design skills, motion, graphic or both, with a portfolio that shows what you can doOwnership mindset: you see projects through from idea to execution without needing to be managedMetrics-driven: you think in terms of KPIs even when none exist yet, and you push to create themComfortable with AI-native workflows and actively using modern tools to move faster and produce better workCompelling communicator in writing and in personPreferredExperience with or fluency in perpetual futures and on-chain tradingEvent planning experienceCopywriting backgroundExisting presence or network in the Solana or broader DeFi ecosystemExperience at a DeFi protocol, crypto exchange, or trading firm
