Location: San Jose, CA (Day 1 onsite)
Duration: Fulltime
Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 a year
Roles and Responsibilities:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Technical Writing and documentation in Networking
Experience with AI driven content development
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Documentation:
Create and maintain Configuration Guides, Installation and Deployment Guides, User Manuals, API Documentation, Release Notes, Troubleshooting Guides, Knowledge Base Articles, Online Help Systems, Network Automation Documentation
Networking Documentation:
Document Cisco networking technologies such as Routing & Switching, Enterprise Networks, SD-WAN, Cisco DNA Center, Cisco ACI, Data Center Networking, Wireless Networks, Network Security, Cloud Networking Solutions
AI-Driven Content Development:
Utilize AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Enterprise AI Knowledge Platforms
Leverage AI to Draft and summarize technical content, Generate documentation templates, Improve content consistency and quality, Automate metadata tagging and classification, Create knowledge base content and FAQs, Enhance documentation searchability
Documentation Quality & Governance:
Ensure adherence to Documentation standards, Content governance frameworks, Accessibility guidelines, Structured authoring methodologies, Perform peer reviews and content audits
