Search Associate

The fully remote Search Associate will partner with Researchers, Recruiters, and Expert Services Consultants to deliver accurate and timely support for client projects, managing multiple tasks while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Key responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members to determine expert qualifications and requirements during specification calls
Write specification summaries in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist with scheduling and communication tasks for the assigned Recruiter
Conduct medical and law license audits, prepare electronic summary presentations, and facilitate Expert-Client interview scheduling

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years of professional work experience, preferably in a law or consulting firm
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or customer relationship management systems (CRM)
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of tasks efficiently
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently with minimal oversight
