The Role Is Working Within Our Studio: Belka Games

Role Overview

We're looking for a Game Producer to strengthen our team working on hybrid-casual puzzle products. In this role, your primary focus will be the growth and long-term success of existing games. You will drive product development, improve engagement and monetization, define LiveOps strategies, and coordinate efforts across development, analytics, marketing, ASO, UA, and creative teams. At the same time, we value candidates who understand the full product lifecycle and have experience participating in the creation of games from concept and prototype stages through launch and post-release support. We are looking for someone who combines strong product thinking, LiveOps expertise, and a deep understanding of the hybrid-casual puzzle market.
Key Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap and drive the long-term development of live game projects
Analyze game performance and identify opportunities to improve retention, engagement, monetization, and overall product health
Develop and execute LiveOps strategies, including event calendars, seasonal content, promotions, and feature releases
Work closely with game designers to define, prioritize, and launch new features and systems
Collaborate with analytics to create hypotheses, evaluate feature performance, and make data-driven decisions
Partner with UA, marketing, ASO, and creative teams to align product development with business goals and market opportunities
Monitor market trends, competitors, and best practices within the hybrid-casual and puzzle genres
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure efficient execution of product initiatives
Drive A/B testing initiatives and evaluate their impact on product and monetization performance
Contribute to the development and validation of new product initiatives when needed
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

3+ years of experience as a Producer, Product Owner, Product Manager, or Lead Game Designer in mobile games
Proven experience working on hybrid-casual, casual, or puzzle games
Experience owning a product through multiple stages of its lifecycle: prototype, soft launch, global release, and live operations.
Experience supporting and growing live products after release
Strong understanding of monetization systems in hybrid-casual games, including ads, IAP, and hybrid monetization models
Experience designing, planning, or operating LiveOps systems and event calendars
Strong understanding of product metrics, player behavior, retention, engagement, and monetization drivers
Experience working with analytical tools and making data-driven product decisions
Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating stakeholders
Excellent communication, leadership, and prioritization skills
