For our hospital sales channel, we are looking for an Account Manager to support our team in the East Switzerland region including Zurich.
Your Role

Account management and implementation of the sales strategy with the goal of sustainable revenue and result development in the relevant target groups (mainly from the hospital sector – purchasing and doctors and nursing staff)
Planning, coordination, and execution of consultations and training sessions for customers (employees from hospital departments such as wound management, plaster rooms, emergency stations)
Assistance in conducting product evaluations
Participation in cross-channel and/or interdisciplinary project groups
Participation in regional
ational fairs and congresses
Competitive observations and communication of the results to the relevant functions
Derivation of measures from the observations for your own area
What You Bring

Even if not all of the following points apply to you, we look forward to getting to know you and discussing the possibility of working together!
Medical technical outside service experience and/or medical training (e.g. diploma nurse) with appropriate further training in the field of wound care (e.g. wound expert SAfW, ZWM or CAS/MAS in Woundcare)
Ideally experience in plaster rooms or knowledge of handling plaster equipment
Professional experience in sales, consulting, training, and implementation of wound care products
Excellent ability to communicate and present convincingly and authentically at all hierarchical levels and to different target groups
Interest in business economic connections and fun in acquisition
Persistence, assertiveness, enthusiasm, and team orientation
Fluent German, English skills are advantageous
A high degree of flexibility and willingness to travel as well as a driver’s license class B
