Senior Integrated Producer (People Inc.)

Location: New York City, NY. Hybrid work arrangement: three days in office, up to two remote days per week.

Studio at People Inc. is the in‑house native content studio, producing editorially credible, culturally fluent, and creatively innovative content for iconic brands. The Lifestyle Studio, Integrated Production team turns bold creative into polished, authentic work that delivers impact for clients and audiences.
About the Position

As Senior Integrated Producer for the Lifestyle Group, you will lead complex branded content campaigns, mentor producers, and ensure campaigns are delivered with authenticity and platform‑native thinking. You will own on‑set client relationships, guide Integrated Producers, and lead campaigns across video, photo, print, social‑first, and experiential formats, translating creative ideas into executable production plans while balancing ambition with operational and financial realities.
Hybrid Work

This position is hybrid, with the ability to work remotely for up to two days per week. In‑office days are scheduled 3× weekly in New York City, NY.
Responsibilities

Campaign Execution – 50%

Lead large‑scale integrated campaigns for the Lifestyle group; own day‑to‑day internal and external communications; shape production plans across video, photo, print, social‑first, and experiential formats; ensure editorial credibility and platform authenticity; partner with Line Producers on budgets, contracts, and staffing; collaborate with Art Lead/Creative Director on visual execution; lead the production set, directing crew, staff, talent, and other personnel for smooth and on‑schedule shoots.

Campaign Pre‑Sale – 25%

Partner with Sales, Content Strategy, and Creative to shape sellable integrated campaign ideas; develop production approaches, scopes, timelines, and staffing plans; build accurate production budgets with the Line Producer; advise on formats, location, and executional approaches; identify production risks early and recommend solutions before sales.

Team Development – 15%

Supervise and guide Integrated Producers and Video Creators; review workstreams and deliverables for quality and consistency; delegate appropriately and coach producers to grow client‑facing and creative problem‑solving skills; serve as first point of escalation for day‑to‑day production challenges.

Innovation & Growth – 10%

Share insights on platform trends, cultural shifts, and new storytelling formats that keep campaigns relevant; experiment with new tools and approaches to elevate efficiency and creative impact.

All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

B.A. or B.S. preferred but not required; equivalent experience acceptable.
Experience:

Production experience in branded content and social; proven track record managing multi‑format deliverables (print, video, photo, social); ability to manage projects with varied budgets; familiarity with social‑first production for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms; collaboration with editorial teams to meet editorial standards; effective collaboration across multiple stakeholders and clients.
Skills & abilities:

Strong leadership and organizational skills; confident communicator (verbal and written); vendor management and negotiation experience; ability to mentor and inspire junior producers; passion for culture, lifestyle, and authentic storytelling.
Benefits and Compensation

Pay Range : New York – $105,000 – $125,000. Salary may vary based on location, experience, and performance. Additional compensation may include annual bonuses and short‑ and long‑term incentives.
