Job Overview Southern Tide is a lifestyle apparel brand based in Greenville, SC. The Digital Media Specialist will manage, develop, and optimize Southern Tide’s digital marketing program across organic search, organic social, and e‑mail marketing while serving as the liaison between Southern Tide and Oxford’s Marketing Center of Excellence for all paid media. The position is a full‑time in‑office role located in Southern Tide’s downtown Greenville office.

Responsibilities Develop full funnel strategy in partnership with the Oxford Marketing Center of Excellence to meet revenue goals, drive new customer acquisition, and increase brand awareness.
Manage the day‑to‑day relationship with the Marketing Center, including status meetings and communication.
Partner with Digital Merchandising and Digital Analytics teams to identify key product categories and styles for marketing messages.
Manage and develop the campaign calendar for e‑mail marketing, SMS, promotions, organic social, and paid media channels in collaboration with the Creative Content team.
Lead the content planning process for paid media and organic social channels, submitting creative and copywriting requests and ensuring assets align with tactics and targeting strategies.
Use customer data analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities, and implement data‑driven strategies in marketing campaigns.
Partner with the Marketing Center to ensure best practices, budget, and ROAS targets are being met.
Analyze campaign performance by channel and across channels, ensuring ongoing optimization and YoY growth with healthy ROI.
Stay current on market trends, emerging technologies, and environmental climates that affect traffic and demand for online sales.
Provide weekly and monthly KPI reporting and create standard ad hoc reports to support channel needs.
Manage relationships with social media agencies and establish KPI benchmarks across all organic channels, monitoring metrics routinely.
Write content for organic and paid media and southerntide.com, producing copy and blog articles.
Lead weekly calls with the Marketing Center and agency partners.
Partner with key members of Merchandising, Creative Content, and Digital Commerce teams to drive results.
Complete deeper dive analyses into campaigns, tactics or channels as requested.
